Bridging the gaps.

liGHTing the shadows.

Skyline is on a mission to serve those living in the shadows of our community by bridging the gaps in their resources with kindness and respect.

Together, we can achieve a transformed community where all Oklahomans are able to access the resources that meet their most basic needs.

To get there, we need your help.

It all started in 1968…

Rev. Mac Thompson was appointed as the Oklahoma City Urban Minister, a new position which was charged with working alongside churches and agencies in the inner city of Oklahoma City. From this beginning, and at various locations in the metropolitan area, Rev. Thompson’s vision of serving those in the shadows grew.

The focus of Skyline has always been on the poor and needy of Oklahoma County. Nevertheless, our agency has nurtured strong relationships across the state.

We provide a setting for groups and individuals to serve the working poor in Oklahoma City and operate as a model for others as they seek to serve the needy in their own communities.

Dedicated to making a difference in the lives of at-risk children, youth and adults through the generous support of the community, we depend on over 1,000 volunteers, 400+ churches and groups, corporate support, grants, matching funds and individual gifts.
